Why Ratana Path

Learning That Fits This Stage of Life

Our courses are shaped around the realities of midlife — not the pace of a 25-year-old starting out.

Unhurried and Respectful

No pressure, no urgency. Each session moves at a pace that allows real understanding to settle in.

Plain, Clear Language

Financial terms are explained simply. We use everyday words, not industry jargon, so meaning is always within reach.

Small Group Setting

Groups are kept small so each person has room to ask questions and feel comfortable speaking openly.

Relevant to Thailand

Content is grounded in Thai banking, savings instruments, and local financial realities — not adapted from overseas curricula.

No Products, No Sales

We teach — we do not sell financial products or earn commissions. Our only interest is your clear understanding.

Guided by Experience

Our instructors have walked these topics for decades. They know the real questions that arise in midlife financial planning.

Frequently Asked

Questions We Hear Often

If something is not answered here, please write to us — we are happy to respond.

Do I need any prior financial knowledge to join?
Not at all. The Stillness with Numbers course is specifically designed for people who feel unfamiliar or uneasy with money topics. We begin from a very calm, open starting point and move forward together.
Are sessions held in person or online?
The Stillness with Numbers course is held in a quiet space in Chiang Mai. Steady Ground and The Quiet Long View include recorded online sessions that you can revisit at your own pace, alongside in-person elements where possible.
What language are the courses taught in?
All courses are conducted in English. Written materials are provided in English, and we are happy to answer questions in both English and Thai where it helps clarity.
Will I be told what to invest in or what to buy?
No. We are educators, not advisers. Our role is to help you understand options and how they work — not to recommend specific products. For personal decisions, we encourage you to consult a licensed financial professional.
How large are the groups?
We keep groups small — typically between four and eight participants — so that everyone has the space to ask questions and engage at their own level without feeling rushed or overlooked.
What is the payment process?
After you send an enquiry and we confirm your place, we will share payment details. We accept bank transfer in Thai Baht. Payment is due before the first session.
Can I switch to a different course after starting?
If you find the course you have chosen is not the right fit, please speak with us directly. We are flexible and will always try to find a solution that works well for you.
