1. Definitions

For clarity throughout this document, the following terms carry these meanings:

"Agreement"

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any course-specific materials, form the complete understanding between you and us.

"We", "Us", "Our"

Ratana Path, a financial education provider located at 58/2 Charoen Prathet Road, Chang Khlan, Muang, Chiang Mai 50100, Thailand.

"User", "You", "Your"

Any individual who visits our website, registers an interest, or enrols in one of our courses.

"Service"

The financial education courses, materials, guided sessions, and supporting resources we offer, including Stillness with Numbers, Steady Ground, and The Quiet Long View.

"Content"

All course materials, guides, worksheets, recorded sessions, planning folders, and any other resources provided during or in connection with our courses.

"Website"

The Ratana Path website accessible at https://ratanapa.cyou and all its pages.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any course, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You have read these terms carefully and agree to be bound by them.
• If enrolling on behalf of another person, you have the authority to do so.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we respectfully ask that you refrain from using our services. You are always welcome to contact us with questions before proceeding.

3. Service Description

Ratana Path provides educational courses and guided learning programmes on personal finance topics for people in midlife and beyond. Our current offerings are:

Course schedules, session formats, and group sizes may vary and will be communicated to you before enrolment is confirmed. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to course content in order to keep materials current and relevant.

4. Enrollment & Access

Enrolment in any Ratana Path course involves the following steps:

1. 01.You submit an enquiry or enrolment request through our website or by direct contact.
2. 02.We arrange a brief pre-course conversation to ensure the programme is a good fit for your needs.
3. 03.Upon mutual agreement, we confirm your place and provide payment details.
4. 04.Access to course materials is granted following receipt of full payment.

Enrolment is personal to you and may not be transferred to another person without our written consent. We maintain the right to decline enrolment at our reasonable discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

To maintain a respectful and effective learning environment for all participants, we ask that you:

• Treat fellow participants and our team with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Provide accurate and honest information when enrolling or communicating with us.
• Use our content only for your own personal educational purposes.
• Attend or access sessions at the agreed times where possible, and let us know in advance if you are unable to participate.

You agree not to:

• Share, copy, reproduce, or distribute our course materials to others.
• Record sessions without the prior written consent of Ratana Path and all participants.
• Use information gained through our courses for commercial purposes.
• Misrepresent your qualifications or identity when participating.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our courses — including guides, worksheets, recorded sessions, planning materials, and the structure of each programme — remains the intellectual property of Ratana Path.

Upon enrolment and payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the provided materials for your own private study. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce or redistribute materials in any form.
• Create derivative works based on our content.
• Use the Ratana Path name, logo, or materials for commercial activity.

Our name, logo, and all associated branding are proprietary to Ratana Path. Any use requires our express written permission.

7. Payment & Refunds

7.1 Fees

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are payable in full before course access is granted. Current fees are:

• Stillness with Numbers฿4,300
• Steady Ground฿6,800
• The Quiet Long View฿10,500

7.2 Payment Methods

Accepted payment details will be provided at the time of enrolment confirmation. We aim to offer convenient options suitable for participants based in Thailand.

7.3 Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund approach is as follows:

• More than 7 days before the course begins: Full refund, less a small administration fee of ฿500.
• 3–7 days before the course begins: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 3 days before, or after the course has begun: No refund, though we will make reasonable efforts to find a suitable alternative date.
• Cancellation by Ratana Path: Full refund in all cases, or the option to transfer to another course date.

8. Course-Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply to participation in our educational programmes:

• Attendance: We encourage you to attend or access all sessions, but understand that life is sometimes unpredictable. If you miss a session, please let us know and we will do our reasonable best to support you.
• Recorded sessions (Steady Ground & The Quiet Long View): Access to recordings is provided for personal review only and expires 90 days after each session date.
• Group conduct: We maintain small, respectful groups. We reserve the right to remove a participant whose conduct negatively affects others, without refund.
• Academic integrity: The content of our courses is for your personal learning. Sharing answers, worksheets, or materials with non-enrolled individuals is not permitted.
• No certificates: At this time, Ratana Path does not issue formal certificates of completion. Our courses are educational in nature and do not confer professional qualifications.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Ratana Path's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course in question.

We will not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of income, savings, or financial opportunity arising from your use or non-use of our materials.
• Technical interruptions affecting access to online sessions or recorded content.
• Decisions you make based on the educational content of our courses.

Events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, illness, civil disruption, or failure of third-party platforms — will release us from our obligations without liability, provided we notify you promptly and make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ratana Path, its facilitators, and team members from any claims, losses, or costs — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our materials, or any content you submit or communicate to us.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may withdraw from a course at any time by contacting us. Refund eligibility will be assessed in accordance with our refund policy in Section 7.3.

12.2 By Ratana Path

We may suspend or end your participation in a course if you breach these terms in a manner that is serious or persistent, particularly if your conduct adversely affects other participants. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

12.3 What Survives

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will continue to apply after any termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.

If direct resolution is not possible, both parties agree to explore mediation or conciliation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai Province, Thailand.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practice. When we do so, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants by email in advance.

Continuing to use our services after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
